Review by hotel critic
Nestled amidst the enchanting landscapes of southern Tenerife, this cozy hotel is a delightful choice for those seeking both relaxation and exploration. Over my seven-night stay, I found the location particularly advantageous, as it lies just 15 km from Spain's highest peak, Teide, making it a perfect base for hiking enthusiasts. The atmosphere is calm and serene, providing much-needed respite after a day of adventures. The rooms were impeccably tidy, and the comfortable beds ensured a restful night’s sleep. I appreciated the friendly staff, who were not only attentive but also fluent in English, making communication a breeze. Breakfast offered a decent variety, featuring hard-boiled eggs sourced from the hotel's own chickens, which added a nice touch. Considering the surrounding paths and exotic gardens, it's clear this hotel captures the essence of its beautiful setting while blending traditional charm with modern conveniences. If I return to Tenerife, this hotel will certainly be on my list again.
